You may feel confident to trial SMAs with this resource and online information. Dr Glen Davies at Taupo Medical Centre is happy to provide advice. If required, formal training is also available through the Australian Society for Lifestyle Medicine.
The Australian Society for Lifestyle Medicine provides online SMA training resources.
There is formal and accredited training available for those wishing to undertake SMAs and is provided by the Australian Society for Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM). They will undertake workshops in New Zealand when we have enough numbers to make it viable so register your interest with Helen Parker helen.parker@pinnacle.health.nz
